DAY 01: Arrive in KATHMANDU
Upon arrival at Tribhuwan International Airport, Kathmandu you will be received by our representatives. You will then be transferred to the recommended hotel or hostel. City Maps and detailed itinerary will be handed over to you. On the way to your hotel, our representative will brief you about Nepal’s general do's and don'ts and also explain about your program in brief. Upon arrival at the hotel, you will be offered a welcome drink and shown to your room. Later our representative will brief in detail about your itinerary

Day 2: Sightseeing tour of KATHMANDU CITY

Sightseeing tour of Kathmandu consists of visiting below mentioned holy places of Kathmandu valley.

Kathmandu Durbar Square: While visiting Kathmandu Durbar Square, you will also see Hanuman Dhoka, the old and historic palace of Kathmandu, which was named after the monkey God, Hanuman. It was a historic seat of royal family. The Kings of Nepal were crowned and their coronations were held inside the courtyard here. Within the walking distance, you will find Taleju, one of the tallest pagoda temples. The temple dates back to 1549 AD and is opened only during Dashai Festival.

Just across that lies the large stone statue of Kal Bhairav, the God of destruction. The Big Bell, Big Drum and Hindu Lord Shiva and his consort Parvati peeping from window are some of the attraction of Basantapur Durbar square.

While in Kathmandu Durbar Square, don’t forget to visit the temple of Kumari, the residence of the Living Goddess. Kumari means the virgin girl. The girl is selected from Buddhist family and checking the different characters and birth marks. The building of the Kumari is beautifully carved with wooden balconies. Next to it is a very interesting temple of Kasthamandap. Many believe the massive temple was built from a single tree trunk and the name Kathmandu is derived from this temple.

Swayambhunath:This is a 2500 years old Stupa situated on a hillock about 77 M above the ground level overlooking Kathmandu Valley. The Stupa is painted with four eyes on the four sides representing Buddha’s eyes. It is believed that these eyes are watching the activities of all

This is a religious shrine for Buddhists. Within the complex, you’ll find two Buddhist monasteries and a temple of Haratima, where both Buddhists and Hindus worship. The shrine is just 3 km to the northwest of Kathmandu city.

Budhanilkantha: Witness a colossal stone statue of Hindu Lord Vishnu reclining on the bed of snakes. It is believed to be from 5th century AD. Budhanilkantha is situated about 8KM North of Kathmandu at the base of Shivapuri hill. The shrine is located inside a pond.

Pasupatinath: Pasupatinath, with two tiered golden roof and four silver doors, is situated 5 KM east of Kathmandu at the bank of Bagmati River. Every year, Pashupatinath attracts millions of Hindu pilgrims from around the world. This is a temple of Lord Shiva.

At the bank of Bagmati River, you can observe the cremation process taking place.

Bouddhanath: This Stupa is located 6 KM East of Kathmandu and is said to have been built in 5th century AD. This ancient Stupa is one of the biggest in the world and is ringed by Buddhist monasteries. This is a very holy and popular Stupa for Tibetan Buddhists who come here in thousands in winter season to pay their tribute.

Day 3: Drive to Chitwan (3hrs rafting on the way)
Take an early morning tourist bus to Chitwan. Experience the rapids of Trishuli as you raft through Trishuli River. The river is fed by the snow of the Himalayas and flows through the middle hills of the Mahabharata range. It is joined by Marsyandi at Mugling and flows into the Narayani river, which flows through the Chitwan National Park in the Terai and mixes with the Ganges.

Your raft ‘put-in-point’ is Fishling, along the Prithivi Highway. The crew prepares the raft and you are on your way hitting the first rapid immediately. Seven sets of fun filled rapid are aligned with in the track. This trip lasts for 3 hrs maximum.
You’ll end your trip in Mungling and continue our journey to Chitwan National Park. It is about an hour and half drive. Arrive at Chitwan and check-in at a Lodge.

Day 4: Chitwan National Park Jungle activities
Receive an early morning wake-up call. After tea/coffee, we go for a jungle walk for bird watching. Return to the camp for breakfast. Leave for canoe/boat ride on Rapti/Narayani river to witness crocodiles, Gharial and flesh eater Marsh Mugger, animals and birds. Return to the camp for lunch. Visit to Tharu ethnic village for cultural tour. Dinner & overnight stay at the lodge.

Day 5: Chitwan National Park Jungle activities
Enjoy elephant safari in the jungle to witness wild animals in their natural habitat in the morning from 8 am -11 am. Return back to the camp for Lunch. After lunch, you can visit our elephant stables where the senior naturalists will give a talk about the habits of the elephants. Also get a chance to see the elephants bathing. Enjoy Tharu cultural dance program in the evening.

Day 6: Drive to Pokhara
From Chitwan it’s about 150KM drive to Pokhara and takes 6 hrs due to the road condition. Arrive in Pokhara and Check-in at the recommended hotel.

Day 7: Sightseeing in Pokhara
Pokhara, the city itself offers scenic places of interest for the casual and longer staying visitor. Some are mentioned below:-
Phewa Lake Phewa Lake is the center of all attraction in Pokhara. It is most enchanting of three lakes that adds to the resplendence of Pokhara. Here, one can sail or row a hired boat across the lake or visit the island temple in the middle of the lake. The eastern shore is popularly known as Lakeside or Baidam. It’s the favorite hub for restaurants, handicraft shops and other tourist facilities.

Barahi Temple The Barahi temple is the most important monument in Pokhara. Built almost in the Center of Fewa Lake, this two-storey pagoda is dedicated to the boar manifestation of Ajima, deity representing the female force of Shakti.
David’s Fall Locally known as Patale Chango (Hell’s Falls) also know as David’s Fall. It is natural waterfall located 2 km Southwest of Pokhara airport on the Siddhartha Highway. Legend has it that a trekker named Davy, was washed away by the Padi Khola and mysteriously disappeared down into an underground passage beneath the fall.

Mahendra Cave Another of nature’s wonders in Pokhara is the Mahendra Cave. This large limestone cave is locally known as the House of Bats an apt name for it. Mahendra Cave is located two- hours walk to the north of Pokhara, we advice you to bring your own torch to see the stalactites and stalagmites structures.

Day 8: Drive back to Kathmandu
Early morning sunrise view at Sarangkot. Drive back to Kathmandu.

Day 9: Rest and preparation for departure
Day 10: Fly home
