Support to Volunteers

Pre-departure support

All our support structures are geared towards providing you with an experience of a lifetime.

When you send us an email or make an inquiry our International Coordinator will contact you immediately. Our International Coordinator has many years of experience answering inquiries, and the Coordinator will provide you in-depth information about what you need to know about the project, the destination, how to get there and many other things. Our International Coordinator has visited many of our volunteer destinations personally and interviewed many volunteers and project staffs. The Coordinator has detailed knowledge of most of the projects and countries. As a potential volunteer, you will benefit from the Coordinator’s in-depth knowledge and experience.

We also provide our volunteers with many colorful brochures of countries, projects and our tour programs. In them you can find pictures, testimonies and many other details about the project. All this will help you to decide which project and country you want to volunteer, and help you to prepare for the program.

In Country Support

The country coordinators and projects staffs of New Hope are highly qualified and extremely motivated. They have many years of experience and are socially respected. The country coordinators are well recognized within their community, passionate about volunteer abroad programs and extremely keen on providing each of our volunteers with life changing experience.

Local Knowledge

All the staffs of New Hope Volunteers are local people, working and living in the local communities where our volunteers will get to work and experience local culture. Our host families all have experience of hosting international volunteers before. You will be offered a clean and simple room to stay and you will enjoy 3 local meals a day. The meals will be prepared hygienically and at least one member of the host family will be able to speak/communicate in English.
