New Hope Volunteers would like to assure all our volunteers that we will keep all your information totally private. We consider your privacy very seriously and we will never sold our email lists or any other information. This means that information about your education, your career, your test results, hobbies, phone numbers, Email address, postal address, and interests will be kept totally confidential. Occasionally, we use your email address to pass the New Hope Volunteers newsletter, promotion materials, and event information (you can easily unsubscribe it by clicking a given link)
Is Credit Card Information Secure?
We care about the safety and security of your transaction. We use high-grade encryption and secure socket layer security protocol to communicate with your browser software. This method is industry standard security protocol, which makes it extremely difficult for anyone else to intercept the credit card information you send to us. Companies we work with to process credit card transactions also use high-grade encryption and security protocols.
Refund Policy for application fee
The application fee is non-refundable. You will pay the application fee in two stages:
- USD 50 - initial deposit require to validate your application
- USD 199 - you will pay after you have received the finalized placement details you have requested
We will refund the initial deposit of USD 50 if we fail to find you the placement you requested.
Note on Program Fee
New Hope Volunteers is not in charge of the refund policy of program fees as volunteers will pay their weekly program fees directly to the project, host families or coordinators. You need to be aware of their refund policy prior to making the payments.
