Help to raise fund for poor orphanages, school, and other NGOs
Costa Rica is a tropical paradise filled with pristine beaches and rich in bio-diversity as variety of trees, plants and fascinating wildlife survive in the forests of Costa Rica. The rainforest covering the mountains of Costa Rica are a paradise for eco-tourism. Costa Rica is a democratic and peaceful country with trade and commerce is growing every day. The lives of people are becoming significantly better every day. But not all Costa Ricans have been able to ride on this development bandwagon, and for those left behind, life everyday is a struggle.
New Hope Volunteer is helping local organizations that are assisting the poor and deprived progress in life. Through our volunteers, we are reaching the neediest. By enrolling in our programs, you can work in an orphanage, teach in rural schools, work in medical/health projects and contribute towards saving the fragile eco-system of Costa Rica, thereby ensuring the people don’t suffer from the damaged environment.

In recent years, volunteering has become more of a business than charity. Many organizations in the US, UK, Australia, and New Zealand run volunteering programs solely for profit. Please check Travellers Quest volunteer abroad in Costa Rica page for different organizations and their fees and you'll know for sure. But this is not the case with New Hope Volunteers. Our aim is to offer World’s Most Affordable volunteer program (without compromising the quality) so that all volunteers, irrespective of their income level, can volunteer to serve humanity and enrich their life. We hope to make the dreams of college students and budget travelers come true. In our program, except our registration fee of $259, which we need to advertise, cover office expense and pay salary, volunteers pay their money directly to the projects and host families (sometimes country coordinator will allocate this fee to project and host family, so if you have any question about allocation, please ask directly. This ensures that 100% of your money goes to the project.
In addition to our registration fee of $259, here you find the world’s most affordable weekly program fee, which includes room, food (3 times a day), project details and field support.
